It is no surprise whether you are retiring and looking for another career, or whether you’re stuck with this economy, more and more people are looking to start home based businesses. This article by Cheryl Kimball and Entrepreneur Press list 55 business startup ideas. These are separated into 3 categories:
- Startups under $1500
- Startups under $3000
- Startups Over $3000 (but might not exceed $5000)
It’s worth looking at because they don’t just list the idea, but provide a short comment on how to get started. It was interesting though, that I didn’t see much having to do with online marketing, most were service related. Lots of great food for thought though! Visit: www.businessonmain.msn.com

I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don’t know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.

I’m thinking about beginning an internet business and I was led to believe that you don’t have to collect state sales tax if you sell on the internet. Is this true? Personal Alarms
What I love about blogs is that they spark an idea in my brain. When that happens, I really feel as I need to comment using the hope it may be interesting to some people. Because there are lots of blogs and forums with many points of view, they question your comprehension. It is at these moments when you’ve important insignt other people may not have had, together with the blogger him/herself. I find myself coming back to to your writings only because you’ve a number of very good insights and also you’ve been at this a very long time, that is very inspiring and tells me you know your stuff. Maintain triggering imagination in other people!
